WE'VE NEVER BEEN SO ALONE, ALL TOGETHER.
We are out of #resonance & suffering from #disconnection & #stress.
Where there is illness of the mind or body, there is often an underlying template of stress or trauma.
We are #exhausted by trying to manage the unmanageable & fix the unfixable.
Let's drop, just for a moment, the need to justify our existence, the stress of being evaluated, the fear we are not good enough.
Let's address any suppression of anger (it suppresses the immune system). Or any compulsive identification with duty or role.
We don't need to take responsibility for how the world is all the time nor blame ourselves when it fails.
We don't need to take on the impossible, we don't need to people-please.
When we are stressed all the time it just becomes normal. Are you great in the stress of a storm? What are you like in calm?
If you are uncomfortable in the peace, then you are addicted to stress.
Nobody is broken or damaged though. Wounds can heal.
To not be seen, understood and heard is very painful, but we can heal this by insisting on our OWN LIVES & our OWN NEEDS.
Then we can work towards #globalcoherence & connection.

🐁Did you know about the epigenetic science experiment that took mice & gave them an electric shock every time they smelled a cherry blossom scent?
🌸After a while, just smelling the scent made them fearful. No surprises there, the scent triggered a trauma reaction.
💫THE INTERESTING BIT....
🐁When the offspring of those mice were given the scent of cherry blossom, they also became fearful NEVER HAVING HAD A SHOCK.
🌸What does this tell us? Trauma is passed down through the generations.

It reminded me of the martyr St Lucy.

#StLucy , in response to a suitor who admired her beautiful eyes, “cut them out and sent them to him, asking to be left in peace thereafter".

Lucy is represented in Gothic art holding a dish with two eyes on it.

She saw the light & would not allow her connection to the #Divine to be interrupted with unwanted attention.
